Weekly Exercise class held Tuesdays at 10:00 AM in the Fitness Room This class uses weights to improve balance, flexibility, and conditioning. Participants should purchase two (2 or 3 lb) hand weights. Drop in, but space is limited to 12 participants. ** All fitness class participants will need to sign a liability waiver at the front desk**
