SCAM ALERT: PLEASE BE AWARE!
There are many ways that you can be victimized by various scams!! Recently we have seen a recurrence of the "your grandchild has been in an accident/has been arrested - send money to help him/her"; there have been fraudulent calls from alleged IRS agents; folks dressed in utility company uniforms without official Identification; etc. PLEASE REMEMBER: Do NOT give out your personal information to anyone you do not know. That includes your social security number, your bank information, credit card, date of birth, etc. Double check, then TRIPLE check! If you have any concerns or questions, call someone - a family member, your bank, Calendar House, the Police Department...BE SAFE!
