Monthly Club Programs.
Monthly Club meetings provide seniors an opportunity to participate in discussion groups and informative exchanges with fellow enthusiasts in defined fields of special interest. Facilitators have extensive professional and personal experience in their respective fields.

- Wednesdays at 1:00 pm.
- In the Perry Room at Calendar House.
- No Charge, No Fees, No Membership Dues.
- All are welcome: Beginners, intermediates and experienced enthusiasts alike will find monthly sessions to be instructive, constructive and enjoyable.

The Clubs
Genealogy Club - Meets: 1st Wednesday of the month.
Facilitator: Ray Thomas, president of the Southington Genealogical Society, has extensive experience and knowledge in genealogy. Members engage in discussions, exploring internet sources at a computer desk as they share research and techniques, enhancing their skills in tracing and developing their personal family history.
Financial Investments Club. - Meets: 2nd Wednesday of the month.
Facilitator: Connie Proll, a Southington based certified financial advisor with a history of service to the local community. Club members share their knowledge and experience in Financial Investments, including stocks, bonds, CD's, money markets, mutual funds and other investment instruments.
Digital Photography Club. - Meets: 3rd Wednesday of the month.
Facilitator: Peter Freeman, Southington Computer Learning Center manager, has extensive career management accomplishments and a broad knowledge of computer application as an executive of a Connecticut-based insurance corporation. As a state-of-the-art photo enthusiast, he is uniquely qualified to lead a group of digital camera photo club members who exchange and pick up the latest information, techniques and tips in honing digital photo skills. Occasional field trips are planned.
Computer Club. - Meets: 4th Wednesday of each month.
Facilitator: C. Mark White, Computer Learning Center assistant manager, is an accomplished professional with a wealth of engineering experience with a major international company where he utilized highly intricate computer techniques. Members will review any computer related topic, take part in building or upgrading computers, learning in the process, how each component works and comes together with the other parts to deliver the capability that we use every day in our lives.
